Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by reference. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, "you", "your" or "user" means any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user/buyer on the Platform.

Use of Platform / Services

Provide true, accurate and complete information during/after registration; you are responsible for all acts through your registered account.
No warranty/guarantee is provided as to accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of information/materials; we exclude liability for inaccuracies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Use of the Platform/Services is at your own risk; you must assess whether the Services meet your requirements.
Contents are proprietary/licensed; you acquire no IP rights in contents (including design, layout, look and graphics).
Unauthorized use may lead to action under these Terms and/or applicable laws.
You agree to pay charges associated with availing the Services.
Do not use the Platform/Services for unlawful/illegal purposes or those forbidden by these Terms or applicable laws.
Third-party links may appear; on accessing them you are governed by their terms and policies.
Initiating a transaction constitutes a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for the Services.
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Platform Owner, affiliates, group companies and their officers from claims/penalties arising from your breach of these Terms/Privacy Policy/other policies, or violation of law/third-party rights (including IP).
Parties are not liable for failure to perform due to a force-majeure event.
These Terms and disputes are governed by the laws of India.
Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
