Refund & Cancellation Policy

Policy regarding cancellations and refunds for tickets purchased via the Platform.

Ticket cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of purchase. Once the event date is near or the ticket has been used/validated, cancellation will not be accepted.
For refunds approved by 9 AURA, allow up to 7 days for processing and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
