This Privacy Policy describes how 9 AURA and its affiliates (collectively "9 AURA, we, our, us") collect, use, share, protect or otherwise process your information / personal data through our website https://www.9aura.in/ (the "Platform"). You may browse certain sections without registering. We do not offer products/services outside India; your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India. By using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, and applicable service terms.

Collection

We collect personal data when you use our Platform/services or otherwise interact with us. This may include name, date of birth, address, phone number, email ID and KYC proof. With your consent, we may collect sensitive data like bank account / card details or limited biometric info to enable opted features—always in accordance with applicable law(s). You may choose not to provide certain information, but some features may be unavailable.

Usage

We use data to provide/operate our services; assist sellers/business partners; enhance experience; resolve disputes; troubleshoot; inform you about offers/updates; customize experience; detect/prevent fraud; enforce terms; conduct research/analytics/surveys; and as otherwise described at collection. Consent

By using the Platform or providing information, you consent to collection/use/storage/ disclosure/processing as per this Policy. If you share others’ data, you confirm authority to do so. You consent to be contacted via SMS/IM/calls/email for purposes stated herein. To withdraw consent, write to our Grievance Officer with subject "Withdrawal of consent for processing personal data". Withdrawal is not retrospective and remains subject to law/Terms.
